BenQ ha annunciato il lancio del telefonino C36. In accordo al produttore il nuovo music phone, successore del precedente C30, è estremamente votato alla multimedialità con un display LCD da 2-inch con risoluzione di 176x220 "perfetto per foto e video" e una fotocamera da 1.3Mpixel. Completano la dotazione del C36 un sintonizzatore FM e un player MP3 che supporta invero i formati MP3, WAV, MIDI e AMR.
C36 supporta lo scambio dei dati mediante MicroSD e USB mentre non ha funzionalità compliant con 3G, EDGE e Wi-Fi. Arriverà sul mercato orientale entro fine mese.

TAIPEI, TAIWAN, April 30, 2008 – BenQ today announces the launch of the BenQ C36 music phone, successor to the BenQ C30, with enhanced multimedia functionalities, upgraded 1.3-megapixel camera and a spacious 2” LCD display perfect for viewing photos and videos. The unique top key design brings direct access to FM radio, MP3 player and camera function faster, and easier with more ease and fun.
Weighing a mere 78g, the BenQ C36’s spacious 2” LCD display is perfect for viewing photos and videos. The upgraded 1.3-megapixel camera supports AVI video recording and playback, and can also do double-duty as a webcam when connected to a PC. The C36’s powerful multimedia functions includes a built-in FM radio with recording and schedule recording functions and a MP3 player supports MP3, WAV, MIDI and AMR formats.
The C36 also adds an e-book reader and a photo editor for touching up photos. It also comes equipped with dual speaker for sharing music with friends and a handy MicroSD card slot and USB connectivity to store and transfer all the music, photos and videos.
The BenQ C36 will be firstly available in Indonesia in May with other countries to follow in the coming months.
