Asus ha annunciato due nuove schede grafiche facenti parte della gamma che il produttore taiwanense realizza mediante l'impiego di gpu NVIDIA: si tratta delle card siglate EN7950GT/HTDP/512M e EN7900GS/2DHT/256M, basate rispettivamente sui processori grafici GeForce 7950 GT e GeForce 7900 GS.
La EN7950GT/HTDP/512M (cfr. foto seguente) si colloca al top di gamma tra le soluzioni NVIDIA di Asus in virtù dell'adozione della più recente ed evoluta gpu di classe GeForce, la 7950 GT, con clock a 550MHz. E' equipaggiata con 512Mb di memoria DDR3 operante a 1.4GHz ed è Windows Vista ready in virtù del supporto di HDCP.
La EN7900GS/2DHT/256M (cfr. foto seguente) è costruita intorno al chip GeForce 7900 GS: la memoria locale (il clock è a 1.32GHz) è di tipo DDR3 ed ha una dimensione di 256Mb. E' un prodotto di fascia media, arricchito dalla presenza nel bundle del game Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter. Non supporta HDCP.
Entrambe le card implementano la Splendid Video Intelligence Technology di Asus: questa tecnologia ottimizza la qualità dell'immagine in funzione della tipologia dell'applicativo in esecuzione.
