PNY Technologies ha lanciato la propria implementazione della video card GeForce GTX 650 Ti, peraltro pienamente aderente al design reference proposto da NVIDIA ai board maker che adottano questa tipologia di gpu "Kepler".
In accordo al produttore, la nuova GeForce GTX 650 Ti, che spinge in phase-out la GeForce GTX 550 Ti, consente di accedere ad un buon numero di feature tipiche dalla nuova architettura "Kepler", come il pieno supporto di Microsoft DirectX 11, NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync, 3D Vision Surround e PureVideo HD, pur vantando un prezzo per l'utente finale sostanzialmente contenuto.
La GeForce GTX 650 Ti di PNY, il cui TDP è pari a 100W, abbina ai 768 CUDA core della gpu un frame buffer di G-DDR5 da 1GB con l'ausilio di una interfaccia a 128-bit; la card si interfaccia a sua volta con la motherboard mediante PCI Express 3.0, mentre il segnale di uscita viene gestito con due porte DVI e una mini-HDMI.
PNY rende disponibile la sua GeForce GTX 650 Ti in due differenti versioni, a seconda che nel bundle sia incluso o meno il game Assassin's Creed III di Ubisoft. Nel comunicato stampa che vi mostriamo di seguito il produttore ha indicato il prezzo per la versione standalone, pari a €156.
