NVIDIA ha lanciato la terza GPU basata sull’architettura grafica di nuova generazione Kepler, la GeForce GTX 670, che offre ai PC gamer livelli notevolmente migliorati in termini sia di rapporto prezzo-prestazioni, sia di risparmio energetico e silenziosità di funzionamento.

Generata dallo stesso DNA della GTX 680— il top di gamma di NVIDIA tra le single-GPU—la GTX 670 sorprende per quanto offre con dimensioni così compatte (9,5"), superando di oltre il 45 per cento1 in termini di prestazioni di gioco il più vicino prodotto concorrente e consumando circa il 18 per cento in meno.2

Inoltre, la GeForce GTX 670 eguaglia prodotti di punta e molto più costosi dei competitor su 25 dei giochi e dei benchmark più popolari al mondo, a riprova dell’efficienza complessiva dell'architettura Kepler.

La GTX 670 è basata sull’architettura NVIDIA Kepler a 28 nanometri, così come la GTX 680 e la dual-GPU GTX 690, che sono state introdotte sul mercato rispettivamente a marzo e aprile.

NVIDIA launched the third GPU based on its next-generation Kepler graphics architecture, the GeForce GTX 670, which brings dramatically improved levels of price-performance, power efficiency and whisper-quiet operation for PC gamers, starting at $399 USD.

Engineered from the same DNA as the recently announced GTX 680 -- NVIDIA's top-of-the-line, single-GPU -- the GTX 670 packs a mean punch in its lithe 9.5-inch-long frame. It outpaces the closest competitive product in gaming performance by upwards of 45 percent,(1) while consuming approximately 18 percent less power.(2)

Plus, the GeForce GTX 670 ties the competition's much higher-priced flagship product on 25 of the world's most popular games and benchmarks, a testament to the overall performance efficiency of the Kepler architecture.

The GTX 670 is built using NVIDIA's 28-nanometer Kepler architecture, as are the GTX 680 and dual-GPU GTX 690, which were introduced in March and April, respectively.
