Dopo il successo del lancio sul mercato dell’XPC Barebone SG41J1 a febbraio di quest’anno, Shuttle presenta subito una variante in grado di supportare le memorie DDR3.

Lo Shuttle XPC Barebone SG41J1 Plus è una soluzione completa dal look inconfondibile in un elegante case nero con il logo XPC evidenziato con discrezione.

In grado di integrare memorie DDR3 fino a 8 GB, lo Shuttle XPC Barebone SG41J1 Plus punta sui processori Intel della serie Core 2 e con Intel GMA X4500 fornisce una potente soluzione grafica on board per applicazioni Office. Per eventuali espansioni sono disponibili uno slot PCI a 32 bit e uno slot PCI Express x16. All’occorrenza quest’ultimo può essere dotato anche di schede grafiche Dual Slot.

Shuttle punta sulla massima versatilità al minimo prezzo, caratteristica che rende lo Shuttle XPC Barebone SG41J1 Plus una soluzione interessante non solo per le applicazioni Office. Nel case realizzato con materiali di pregio trovano posto fino a due dischi fissi e un’unità ottica. Anche l’upgrade non pone alcun problema grazie allo standard Mini-ITX.

Sono inoltre disponibili una serie di collegamenti con porte USB 2.0, PS/2, parallele e COM, DVI, Kensington-Lock, Gigabit LAN e audio a 6 canali. Un efficiente alimentatore a 250 Watt alimenta il sistema.

Il comprovato sistema di raffreddamento a heat pipe di Shuttle sarà a breve integrato come opzione anche sull’SG41J1 Plus.

Il nuovo Shuttle XPC Barebone SG41J1 Plus è disponibile da subito presso i rivenditori specializzati. Il prezzo consigliato da Shuttle è di 191 euro (IVA 20% inclusa).

After the successful market launch of the XPC Barebone SG41J1 in February of this year, Shuttle now offers a model with DDR3 support. Finished totally in black and sporting a low-key illuminated XPC logo, the elegant Shuttle XPC Barebone SG41J1 Plus certainly catches the eye.

With an overall capacity of up to 8 GB DDR3 RAM, the Shuttle XPC Barebone SG41J1 Plus benefits from the use of Intel Core 2 series processors and offers a capable onboard graphics chip specially suited for office applications with the Intel GMA X4500. The model provides a 32-bit-PCI slot and PCI-Express-x16 slot for system expansions. The latter can also be fitted with a dual-slot graphics card, if desired.

Shuttle offers high versatility at low prices, making the Shuttle XPC Barebone SG41J1 Plus interesting not just for office applications. Its high-quality chassis accommodates up to two hard disks and one optical drive. And thanks to support of the Mini-ITX standard, there's no problem when it comes to upgrading.

Additionally, there are plenty of connectors provided - USB 2.0, PS/2, parallel and COM ports, DVI, Kensington Lock, Gigabit-LAN and 6-channel sound are present. An efficient 250W power supply delivers the necessary power for the system.

Shuttle's proven heatpipe cooling system will soon be available as an option for the SG41J1 Plus.
