A-DATA Technology ha annunciato la linea di memorie RAM XPG Plus Series DDR3-2200+ v2.0 CL8, ovvero i moduli di RAM DDR3 "più veloci al mondo" secondo lo stesso produttore. In accordo ad A-DATA, le nuove soluzioni sono commercializzate in kit, da 1GB o da 2Gb, per supportare in pieno le configurazioni in dual-channel alle quali sono in primis destinate.
Le nuove DDR3 sono in grado di lavorare con una frequenza di clock pari a 2200MHZ con una configurazione dei timing pari a 8-8-8-24 e con una tensione di alimentazione di 1.65V. La stabilizzazione termica dei moduli, al pari dell'elevato livello di performance che essi offrono, sono garantiti dalla adozione della tecnologia propritaria Thermal Conductive Technology (TCT), che riduce la temperatura sia del PCB che dei circuiti integrati su di esso installati.
