Added new feature to support create hotkey of any combination of keys. Users now can use up to 3 keys combinatio to create hotkey for Screenshot or Movie Recording.
Added Splash screen while the initialization is in progress.
Fixed the intermittent problem where the MS explorer.exe would crash if D3DGear was launched multiple times.
Fixed the issue where DirectX8 game would crash if DirectX debug mode was enabled..
Fixed the problem where movie record would crash in Full size recording mode.
