OCZ Technology Group ha annunciato i suoi primi kit di moduli di RAM DDR3 concepiti per operare in modalità a triple-channel. Come è noto, quest'ultima è una delle funzionalità "flag ship" delle ormai prossime architetture Nehalem di Intel. Le nuove RAM sono perfette, in accordo a OCZ, per l'abbinamento con i processori Core i7 e con il chipset X58 Express di Intel.
I kit sono siglati OCZ PC3-10666 Gold, OCZ PC3-10666 Platinum e OCZ PC3-12800 Gold; i modelli disponibili, al variare della capacità di memorizzazione nell'insieme (3GB, 6GB) e dei profili di timing (9-9-9-20, 8-8-8-24 e 7-7-7-20), sono complessivamente sei. Le versioni Gold lavorano a 1333MHz mentre quelle Platinum a 1600MHz; per tutte la tensione di alimentazione è pari a 1.65V.
